The video we are currently watching is a test footage of Iron, which is based on our state-of-art IR technology in outdoor environments.
By using the equipment, the receiving part of the touch module and sunlight are positioned in a straight line almost close to 0 degrees. The reason for this arrangement is to test whether the touch functions operate under the condition that the receiving part of the touch module receives the sunlight interference as much as possible.
Generally, the current touch screens developed or commercialized based on IR technologies in outdoor environments may not show a line when drawing a line under these kinds of conditions. That is, the drawing itself may not appear. What this means is that there is no touch function at all. On the contrary, the shape of the line is drawn softly, which means that the touch function is working well.
